This Casual Soda cocktail is a guest favorite at Mr. Mike's in Bonnyville, and it's easy to see why. Blueberry vodka, bar lime, and soda water are combined over ice and topped with fresh berries for a mixed drink that's refreshing, flavorful, and not too sweet. It's like a Nude or White Claw, but better. Pairs well with a Mike burger or Skookumchuck burger.

The best way to wash down a Skookumchuck or Mike Burger is with this refreshing Casual Soda. 

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Blueberry vodka

• 1 oz. Lemon lime bar mix (sour mix)*

• 2 oz. Soda water

• 1 oz. Frozen mixed berries

Directions

1. Pour blueberry vodka and sour mix over ice in a short cocktail glass. Top with soda water and mixed berries.

Recipe Note

*Sweet & sour mix (a.k.a. bar lime) can be found in the pop section of the grocery store. Or you can easily make your own sour mix:

• Combine one cup sugar and one cup water in a saucepan and heat until dissolved to make a simple syrup. Allow to cool.
• Add one cup each lemon and lime juice. (Freshly squeezed is best, but bottled works too.)  See detailed directions here.
